Slosh pipe tomfoolery.

Warm-up: 2 Rounds – 10 Good Mornings, 10 KB SDHP, 10 KB Swings, 10 V-ups

Complex: 1 Power Clean, 2 Front Squats, 1 Push Jerk – build to heavy single, then 2 sets @ 90%

MetCon – AMRAP 12 min:
20 KB Snatches (50/35lbs)
10 Strict Chin-ups

This one is for all you Paleo Challenge peeps.  We are always getting questions about Paleo sweeteners.  Like we say in the lecture, this is a CHALLENGE.  You can go without for 10 weeks.  When you are living Paleo the occasional sweetener is acceptable.  But it should never be a daily routine, and it does not have a place in your diet if you are doing the Challenge.  Keep at it, Ktown!
